For shipping costs of €13.90, we guarantee next-day delivery for every express order that reaches us by 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday!
This shipping method is available for purchases on account, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Pay now Klarna, Apple Pay and credit card. Express service is currently available within Germany only. The charge is based on our current shipping rates.

Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

International delivery time

International orders take at least 3–5 working days to arrive after dispatch by Elbenwald. Experience shows that international shipping takes around one week. High parcel volumes, for example during the Christmas period, may extend this time, so we recommend placing your order early.

Das kostüm

Ich hatte mich sofort in dieses kostüm verliebt und konnte seine ankunft nicht erwarten.doch nach dem ersten anprobieren war die enttäuschung mehr als groß.rock,schal und stulpen sehen mega aus aber das oberteil ist echt eine Katastrophe.die klingen sind einfach nur aus schaumstoff und durch den transport mäßig eingeknickt,auch fallen sie farblich sehr blass aus.da ich aber jetzt schon alles für die maske da habe werde ich versuchen die klingen zu stabilisieren und so aussehen zu lassen wie auf dem Bild.ansonsten bin ich mit elbenwald und deren mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden.

Oberteil leider anders als erwartet

Der Schal sowie der Rock sehen super aus. Leider ist das Oberteil anders als erwartet. Ich hatte gedacht, dass die "Krallen" Plastiknachbildung sind. Jedoch handelt es sich hier um dünnes Schaumstoff oder so ähnlich, welches bei mir durch die Verpackung leider verknickt war und auch farblich nicht so aussah, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Daher kam das Kostüm für mich nicht in Frage. Die Rücksendung erfolgte jedoch ohne Probleme, weswegen ich mit dem Service von Elbenwald sehr zufrieden bin.
